Anthropomorphic Butterfly Doll Assemblage, PINKY, Old Fabric , Lace and Trims
This sweet butterfly I created from a broken vintage storybook doll. I wrapped her in antique fabric and lace trims. Her wings I created from the floral dress the doll had on ! Edged in crocheted trim. Her arms are old bump chenille with pearl bead tips. I added a little ceramic basket to one of her arms. She has two old hats pins as her antennae. There is a ribbon to hang her from a hook, knob or handle for a touch of whimsey! APPROXIMATELY 6" x 6"
