Assemblage Art Curiosity, 50s Nostalgic Watch Diorama In Shadowbox MAYOR of MAIN
$82.00
I have constructed a unique assemblage within a vintage wooden box, which is lined with an antique road map. Within this, I've crafted a miniature diorama inside a pocket watch case, utilizing a background sourced from a vintage main street postcard. This diorama perfectly accommodates small HO scale figures. The watch is then mounted within an alarm box case, featuring a composition figure adorned with a jaunty hat protruding from the top. The opposing side showcases an additional postcard fragment, more HO figures, and a horse. The piece is supported by simple wooden knobs serving as feet, and further embellished with a spool and various wooden elements on its upper surface.
