Every circus runs on a schedule. Someone has to keep the records.
The clipboard is the official document. The clock case is the proof. Whatever happened here — the pig , the horse, the donkey, the cat, the skater ,the Indian warrior,the figure holding his ground at the edge of the platform — it was logged, timed, and filed.
The *S* is the only entry that matters. The 5 is when it happened. Everything else is a footnote in a very strange archive.

The clock case as frame is *perfect* — it turns the whole scene into something being witnessed and measured. And the clipboard as base makes it feel like evidence.
I create all my assemblages and mixed media art from bits and pieces I lovingly find at flea markets and estate sales. I love being able to repurpose broken pieces of the past into whimsical new art.
