I had several c.1900 childrens books that were falling apart and in dilapidated state! I saved the great covers and created hanging assemblages.
I love the cute image of this sweet girl. I used vintage velvet leaves and millenary flowers along with wired buttons and beads to edge the cover. The two rabbit pieces are from a vintage jig saw puzzle. The sweet little bisque penny doll was the perfect added touch. The chain is from a cuckoo clock .
